Our products are handmade; therefore, weights may have a tolerance of ±10%. The weight information on the product page is for informational purposes only.
What is the gold carat and certificate used? +
Our standard products are 14-karat (585) gold. All products are shipped with their original boxes and certificates.
How long are the production and shipping times? +
In-stock items generally ship within 1–3 business days; custom orders ship within 5–10 business days. Public holidays and busy periods may affect these times.
What are the return/exchange conditions? +

How does tax/customs work on international orders? +
Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties and taxes may be the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times may be extended depending on customs procedures.
What are the maintenance and cleaning recommendations? +
Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, chlorine, and detergent. We recommend wiping with a soft cloth after use and storing in a dry, closed box.
Can I add gift wrapping and a note? +
Yes. If you specify in the order notes, we will include gift wrapping and a handwritten card.
