Refund policy
Return Conditions
Gold and jewelry products may fall under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation, as their prices may depend on fluctuations in financial markets.
Nevertheless, within the scope of customer satisfaction, Göğüş Jewelry offers a voluntary return option within 14 days from the delivery date for eligible products that meet the return conditions.
To submit a return request, you must contact us within 14 days via iletisim@gogusgold.com or through the contact channels available on our website.
The product to be returned must:
- Be unused and in resalable condition,
- Not be damaged, altered, modified, or processed in any way,
- Be returned together with its original box, certificate, and any other documents sent with the product,
- Have any protective elements on the product or packaging, if applicable, intact and undamaged.
Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected. For products confirmed to meet the return conditions, the refund will be issued in accordance with the payment method used for the order.
Products Excluded from Returns
The following products are excluded from the voluntary return policy:
- Products personalized upon the customer’s request,
- Products prepared in a custom size for the customer or resized afterward,
- Products produced as special orders,
- Products that have been used, deformed, or damaged due to customer use,
- Earrings and piercing products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging or seal has been opened,
- Products on which engraving, resizing, or similar modifications have been made upon the customer’s request.
The consumer’s rights arising from Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers regarding manufacturing defects or defective goods are reserved.
Exchange Conditions
Göğüş Jewelry offers an exchange option within 30 days from the delivery date for eligible products that meet the exchange conditions.
To request an exchange, you must contact us via iletisim@gogusgold.com or through the contact channels available on our website.
The product sent for exchange must:
- Be unused and undamaged,
- Be sent together with its original box and certificate,
- Have no customer-related alteration, modification, or deformation.
Once the product reaches us, its compliance with the exchange conditions will be checked.
The product returned for exchange will be evaluated based on the purchase price paid at the time of the original order. The newly selected product will be calculated based on its current sales price on the date of exchange. If there is a price difference between the two products, the difference will either be collected from or refunded to the customer.
Personalized products, custom-sized products, used products, or products modified upon the customer’s request are excluded from exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
We recommend checking the shipping package as much as possible when receiving your order.
If there is visible damage to the package, having the courier prepare a damage report, when possible, and photographing the package will help us resolve the process more quickly.
In the event of shipping damage noticed after delivery, missing items, or incorrect product delivery, we kindly ask our customers to contact us as soon as possible via iletisim@gogusgold.com.
This notification procedure does not remove or limit the consumer’s statutory rights.
After-Sales Care and Repair Support
After-sales care and repair support is provided for products purchased from Göğüş Jewelry.
Products are evaluated by our expert team according to the manner of use and the required service. Damage, dents, breakage, deformation, contact with chemical substances, or any other customer-related damage occurring outside normal use are not covered by free service.
If the care or repair process requires a fee, the customer will be informed and approval will be obtained before any work is carried out.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the consumer’s optional rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers are reserved.
Return and Exchange Shipments
Once a return or exchange request is approved, the shipping address and shipment details will be provided to the customer.
We kindly ask that products not be sent before contacting us.
